Lace Cups
1/2 (24-ounces)
package vanilla candy coating, divided
muffin paper liners
Invert 10 paper muffin liners onto a wax paper lined
baking sheet.
Microwave half of candy coating squares in a 2 cup
glass measuring cup at HIGH for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30
seconds. Pour into a heavy duty zip top plastic bag, seal. Snip a
tiny hole in the corner of the bag, and drizzle coating evenly over 5 muffin
liners. Let stand until set. For quicker results, place in the
refrigerator until set. Repeat procedure with remaining coating and muffin
liners. Remove muffin liners carefully, and discard. Plan to make a
few extra to permit for breakage as these are very fragile when you take them
off of the paper. These cups are lovely filled with candies, nuts, etc...
Pink and chocolate candy coating can also be used.
