Katie and Company respects the rights of our customers, therefore, we do not share, sell or make public any information gathered at our company.  All mailing lists, mail orders and email addresses are kept with the strictest of confidence.  Any credit card purchase information is collected through our shopping cart portal which is provided by Paypal, within their secure financial center. We prefer to offer this service to give our customers state of the art security and peace of mind.  You are not required to be a registered Paypal user to use our shopping cart, Paypal will handle your credit card transaction for us.  As you begin your checkout, you will pass into Paypal's high security site.  After you finalize your purchase, you will then be returned to our site.  We will be notified by Paypal immediately after your purchase is completed and given your order summary.

Any unsolicited request for personal information will not be made from this company.  If we have a problem with your correct shipping address, delay in shipping or any other need for correspondence, this will arrive from: customerservice@katieandcompany.com.  We will not ask for personal financial information or anything other than an address verification.  Paypal will also not ask you for personal information in an email, and they will always address you by your given name in an email. Please remember to always log in to Paypal through your browser, not an email that is asking for information from you.  You will receive a Notification Of Payment confirmation email from them after you make your purchase and you can access your payment information from the link given in this notification.
