Antique Copper Pan. This antique copper pan has a brass handle that has a mark of the number 26 on the handle with copper rivets to the baseplate. The rim is rolled and the iron band is evident under the rim (iron or steel bands were added for additional stability to the structure of the copper, especially for thin copper or heavily-used cooking pieces).
The copper and handle are structurally sound with the handle tight to the copper pan. This copper pan is 8"; total length is 20" with handles. Weight is 1.6 lbs. See photos for wall thickness.
